For faster service please take the following steps:
- Please register your warranty with the manufacturer as soon as you take delivery of your equipment.
- If you require service call our service department at the number above.
- Have your make, model and serial number of your equipment (including the digital console if applicable), date of purchase and the store location where it was purchased from.
- Please inform us if you have purchased our extended warranty program. This will be on your cash register receipt.
EXCLUSIONS to our warranty repair services:
- No charge repair services do not apply to equipment that has been damaged due to abuse, lack of routine maintenance.
- No charge repair services do not apply to equipment sold by the original purchaser to another individual.
Warranties are transferable at a nominal charge if registered with our service department. Please call the number above to inquire. -
We will service equipment within 30 km of our retail stores. Additional km charges may apply for locations outside our service radius.
